Everyone in your society has some rights over you. Your family has rights. They are your obligations.   An Islamic Estate Planning Attorney would allow you to make sure you are not shirking them. Our goal is to help educate the Muslim community about their obligations to their family and help them fulfill those obligations. It is that simple.

An obligation

Islamic Inheritance is fard in Islam. Responsible families, regardless of religion, do estate planning.  Muslim Families do Islamic Estate Planning to save families heartache, pain and often, money. It is how your family stays united during difficult times, by keeping to your faith.  This is why you go to an Islamic Estate Planning Attorney.

Sadly for Muslims, the Islamic Rules of Inheritance is one obligation that many Muslims know nothing about.
