When your Muslim Leader or Scholar is a Foreign Agent

November 15, 2019 By Ahmed Shaikh

Muslim Foreign Agents I recently wrote at MuslimMatters about the issue of Muslim leaders and scholars in the United States acting as unregistered foreign agents.  This is actually quite common and the fact that people are foreign agents is not in itself bad.  However, it could be very bad.

More important, there is a law, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, that requires detailed reporting that Muslim leaders and scholars never seem to do.  This is a crime could subject many of our favorite leaders and scholars to fines and time in prison.  You can read the article here.
